With workplace wellness being a key focus for so many employers, we are excited to partner with Minderful, a consultancy improving workplace culture and employee wellness.
Our engaging workshop combines Insight at Work’s ‘Building Financial Resilience’ presentation with Minderful’s ‘Building a Personal Wellness Routine’ session, and we are excited to offer this collaborative session to you and your employees.

There is no cost to your business for us to present this workshop.
As a follow-up, we offer your team, from the CEO to entry-level employees, the opportunity to meet with our experienced advisers. During these complimentary sessions, which can be held either in-office or online, our friendly advisers will discuss their personal financial situations, providing guidance on improving financial resilience and creating financial plans tailored to individual goals, from starting a family to retiring early.
Additionally, we will schedule a follow-up meeting where Minderful will provide the leadership team with insights into the current team morale, based on the anonymous data collected during the workshop. They will offer strategies to enhance this, ensuring your team is supported and thriving.

New research reveals that financial pressures are significantly impacting employee focus and productivity, with over half of UK workers struggling to perform their jobs effectively amidst rising mortgage rates and living costs.

Financial stress is having a direct impact on workplace anxiety and productivity, causing a quarter (27%) of employees to experience brain fog and make more mistakes at work, data has shown.
The Unmind Study
According to an Unmind study, which polled 2,000 UK adults, a third (33%) believe the crisis is harming their ability to focus at work.
Cost of Living
The data also found that more than half (53%) of respondents indicated that the mortgage rates and cost of living crisis were negatively influencing their ability to do their jobs as normal.
